We spent a week in Villa bb. Very clean, friendy staff ( especially the ladies maintaining the main building ). The villa has a beautiful garden and lovely pool area. Rooms are very clean, but quite small. Ask a room with a seaview and a fridge! The beach taverna has a beautiful location just on the water front. Special thank you for the friendliness of the ladies working in the villa, they could not been more helpful, Hvala!

In beach tavern one "older" waiter gave us wrong food twice, but did not do anything to compensate. He just said sorry !! That for me is not enough as apolozige when you are paying customer... Food was good though and service was fast... It would have been perfect +, the only minus was that the beach tavern staff ( mostly young guys ) were not as friendly as the ladies in the main building, polite yes, BUT but not always with a friendly smile.

This was a very good stay for my vife and my self, for 14 days The hotel contains of 15 rooms only , and the personel was fantastic in their efforts of asssisting in all possible matters. PS - you should be wearing shoes in the beach , as hurts to walk on the small 'stones' - Water and temtparures fantastic.

Hotel administrator served beer even when bar was closed. There is free wifi internet in all hotel.

There should be two separate shampoo/soap units. One near to sink, one in bathroom, because is not comfortable to take shampoo/soap for washing from one place.

the room is great and modern, it has beautiful sea view, the beach in front of the hotel :)

The breakfast is too late (for me) it's about 8 o'clock.

The owners and staff were brilliant. They were helpful and friendly and even changed a small amount of currency for me to save me trouble on departure. Hotel backs onto a beautiful beach. Breakfast was very pleasant.

.If you didn't shower before 7 am there was no hot water available. dangerous road out the front to cross an catch the bus from.

it is so well located to get into Dubrovnik , the bus is regular and very good

My room was clean and tidy but could now be refurbished to a higher standard

the view from the room was phenomonal, the staff were helpful and the room suited our short stay.Would recommend for anyone wanting a little beach escape!

The hotel was conveniently placed and had all the facilities needed - a kettle and fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and the locatization is pretty nice. We can also say that the breakfast is very good. Has the most you need.The beach at the back feom hotel was nice.

Our room was located at the uppest possibility (not a problem) but the a/c installed at the enter of the room, instead of the bedroom made our stay there to sleep impossible. That's why we moved our stuff to the floor in order to sleep. The reception promised a ventilator but during 3 days (our stay), it failed. The trueless made our period a problem.This is not really a 4* hotel!!!

beach side location, nice breakfast, modern looking rooms with nice sunny balcony. great as a seaside base to visit Split- 10 min drive.

The modern design lacked useful functonal details. Shower leaked under door, no hooks in bathroom 1 very small fragile towel rail not enough for 3 people to dry towels. poor lighting in room just 1 light no bedside lights, or lights near doorway or wardrobe.

staff were very helpful and friendly. hotel was located right by the beach and bar and restaurant was on site.

wi-fi does not work in all bedrooms as advertised.
